Gregory C. Ludlow, B.A., LL.B.
Mr. Ludlow has practised exclusively in the field of intellectual property law, both as an advocate and as a solicitor since 1982. He practises as an advocate in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation, as well as related commercial litigation, before both the Federal Court of Canada and the Superior Court of Justice for Ontario, and in trademark oppositions. He has counselled clients on effective anti-counterfeiting programs and successfully led major
anti-counterfeiting campaigns for world renowned clients. His practice as a solicitor embraces successfully counselling clients in respect of the availability and enforcement of intellectual property rights, as well as advising and negotiating in respect of transfers of technology, licensing, character merchandising, computer software and franchising.
Mr. Ludlow is approved by Lawyers' Professional Indemnity Company as defence counsel for professional liability insurance in claims and repairs involving intellectual property.
In conducting his practice, Mr. Ludlow regularly employs computer technology including litigation support, and practice management systems.
Education :
- Gregory Ludlow received his Bachelor of Arts (History - East Asian Studies) from York University, 1976.
- He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1979.

Effective June 13, 1996, the Law Society of Upper Canada certified Mr. Ludlow as a Specialist in Intellectual Property (Trade-Mark & Copyright) Law.
